Aquila started with a simple observation: most "custom" closets aren't custom at all.
Walk into most closet showrooms and you're choosing between a handful of preset module widths in one or two finishes — a system built to fit a warehouse's production line, not your room. It gets installed by whoever's available that week, and it looks like it.
We build the opposite way. Every Aquila system starts as a drawing of your actual space — its angles, its light, its awkward corners — and is fabricated to that drawing, not the other way around. We treat closet design the way a tailor treats a suit: measured for the individual, not pulled off a rack.
That care shows up in details most companies skip entirely — drawer boxes joined rather than stapled, hardware rated for decades of daily use, lighting planned as part of the design instead of bolted on after. It's slower. It costs more to build. We think it's the only way worth doing.
